Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Missouri–Columbia and holds the Professional Plan Consultant® designation.
Giving back to the community is a core value for Joe. He has served on the board of The Research Foundation for more than 15 years, helping manage more than $100 million. As a dedicated husband and father, he spends countless hours with his three boys playing baseball, fishing and enjoying the outdoors.
