Access to the United Capital Web site (as defined below), the United Capital Mobile Applications (as defined below), the United Capital Content (as defined below), and all material and functionality associated therewith (collectively, the “United Capital Services”) is provided by United Capital. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions of Use, “United Capital” shall mean United Capital Financial Advisors, LLC and its affiliates, and their officers, directors, managing directors, partners, and employees. The “United Capital Web site” shall mean the web site of United Capital available to the general public and located at unitedcp.com, and select other websites which include but are not limited to: https://www.goldmanpfm.com and https://www.flexscore.com. The United Capital Applications shall mean any mobile applications associated with the United Capital Web site.
By accessing, browsing, downloading, using, or registering to receive any United Capital Content or United Capital Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions of Use and that you accept and agree to be bound by them in full. United Capital reserves the right to take whatever lawful actions it may deem appropriate in response to actual or suspected violations of the foregoing, including, without limitation, the suspension or termination of your access and/or account. Without our express, prior, written permission, it is expressly prohibited to: (a) “frame” any portion of the United Capital Services; (b) cause the hyperlink to the United Capital Website, or any portion of the United Capital Services, to be displayed in any way that is disparaging to United Capital or any entity that is affiliated or associated with United Capital; or (c) otherwise imply or state that any type of relationship or special arrangements exist with United Capital and any other entity. You agree that you will promptly remove any hyperlink to the United Capital Services upon the written request of United Capital.
