Jennifer “Jen” Costello is a Relationship Manager in the Winchester office of United Capital Financial Advisors. In this role, Jen is responsible for managing client relationships and supporting the advisor team by providing excellent client service and managing account requests.

Before joining United Capital, Jen had a successful finance career that began in public accounting. She later served as the Chief Financial Officer for two rapidly growing healthcare organizations.
Jen earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the State University of New York College at Geneseo and later became a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Jen decided to transition into personal finance in 2026.

Jen lives with her husband, Jim, and their two chocolate Labs in Winchester, where she is active in the local Rotary Club. She enjoys visiting her two sons in the Pittsburgh area and spending time outside gardening and hiking. She also recently joined the pickleball craze.
