Danny Kates
Managing Director
Danny Kates is responsible for counseling clients on advanced wealth management and investment strategies for the Boston and Holyoke offices of United Capital Financial Advisors.
After moving from Manhattan to New England, Danny became the Founding Partner of an independent, private wealth management firm called Gaudreau-Wealth New England. As the business expanded rapidly, Danny and his team decided to transition the organization's momentum and enthusiasm for helping their clients achieve their goals to what is now United Capital.
Prior to his professional career, Danny attended Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he graduated with his undergraduate degree in Marketing and Masters of Business Administration in Marketing & Corporate Management.
While Danny truly loves working with his clients daily, he enjoys nothing more than spending time with his wife, two kids and their dogs. Danny is also an avid lover of learning, music, traveling, boating, swimming, and snowboarding. He is also extremely passionate about giving back to the surrounding communities and has done so through multiple philanthropic efforts and working within his local Jewish community.
