Head of Field Operations

In her role as Head of Field Operations, Ema acts as a liaison between our centralized office and the local client service teams for United Capital Financial Advisors. She oversees daily operations and is instrumental in ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience firmwide.

Ema joined the United Capital team in 2022 and has grown into her current role of nurturing and empowering teams through comprehensive training, personalized coaching, and mentorship initiatives.

Ema earned her Master of Business Administration from the University at Albany, NY.

An avid learner, Ema’s background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, as well as a Master’s in Criminal Justice. She is currently a board member of the Benevolent Finance Board for the University at Albany, NY and volunteers with the local Washington D.C. Arthritis Foundation. During her free time Ema enjoys working out, reading, writing, and cooking for her family and friends.
