Heather Ankstitus
Business Operations Manager
Heather serves as a Business Operations Manager, helping to drive and support office operations. She also supports clients with account servicing, onboarding, money movement and the operational coordination required to keep complex financial lives running smoothly.
With a career in financial services spanning more than two decades, including experience at Goldman Sachs, Heather brings deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of execution. She joined United Capital in 2012 and is known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to bring clarity and structure to complex situations.
Heather plays a central role in supporting both clients and advisors, helping to ensure that planning strategies and investment decisions translate into a seamless client experience.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys traveling, staying active, spending time at the beach and being with her family. Much of her free time is spent on the road as a dedicated hockey and baseball mom to her teenage son, a role she embraces with the same energy and commitment she brings to her work.
