Javier Madrid

Javier Madrid partners with clients to provide comprehensive financial planning, investment management and estate planning strategies from the Tucson office of United Capital Financial Advisors. He focuses on cultivating long-term relationships and delivering personalized planning to help clients achieve financial confidence.

Javier joined United Capital in 2021, bringing a background in finance, management and insurance. A graduate of Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, he earned a full academic scholarship and competed as a collegiate baseball player. Javier holds a liberal arts degree, with a concentration in marketing and a minor in Spanish, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Inspired by his grandfather’s example as a small business owner, Javier developed an early passion for service and financial stewardship. Through his grandfather, he learned that helping others should be the main focal point in all walks of life, both personally and professionally. Today, Javier carries forward those values by helping clients make informed decisions to grow their wealth and plan for the future.

Javier’s time outside of work is focused on his extended family and making an impact in the greater Tucson area through mentorships and public speaking. Javier is also a member of the San Miguel High School Finance Committee and actively involved in various initiatives focused on driving dialogue, action and change worldwide. During his free time, Javier enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, especially his young daughter.
