Relationship Manager

Micah Payne serves as Relationship Manager at United Capital Financial Advisors, working closely with Javier Madrid to help ensure clients receive attentive, seamless support. As the primary point of contact, Micah coordinates meeting schedules, manages account requests and assists with day-to-day needs to keep clients on track toward their financial goals.

Micah began her career in finance with United Capital in 2019 as an Associate before becoming a Lead Ambassador with Goldman Sachs, where she gained extensive experience in client service and operational excellence. In 2023 she returned to United Capital, where she remains dedicated to building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Micah earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of North Texas. While finance was not her original path, it quickly became a passion, and she aspires to one day become a financial advisor.

Outside of work, Micah enjoys traveling and spending time on the lake with family and friends. She is newly married and has three young children.
