Michael Ortiz
Relationship Manager
Michael Ortiz assists advisors with day to day operations and is the first line of contact for clients at the Charlotte office of United Capital Financial Advisors.
Prior to joining United Capital in 2023, Michael was a financial coach with The Ayco Company, an affiliate of Goldman Sachs & Co. In this role, Michael assisted employees of different corporate clients with financial planning pertaining to retirement, investments, estate planning, and income tax among other areas.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance degree at Bentley University in Boston, Massachusetts in 2018. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM practitioner.
Michael lives in the Wesley Heights area of Charlotte, and enjoys going to sporting events with friends, exercising, and playing golf in his free time.
