Rachel Hall
Business Operations Manager
Rachel Hall works directly with clients and supports our client service team. She is responsible for coordinating workflow, providing operational oversight, and acting as the communication liaison for corporate departments at the Quad Cities - Rockford and Bettendorf offices of United Capital Financial Advisors. She brings a strong focus on service excellence, organizational skills, and a positive perspective/energy to the team.
Rachel has over 20 years of experience working in the financial and banking industry. Prior to joining United Capital in 2014, Rachel worked with clients and teams at Amcore Bank and Chase Bank. Rachel has worked with our clients in many different roles during her tenure at United Capital.
As Rock Valley College alumni, Rachel earned her degree in business and marketing in the Rockford area.
Rachel has always called the Rockford area home. She currently resides in Machesney Park with her husband and two children.
