Shantaya Williams

Relationship Manager

Shantaya is responsible for managing the team’s client relationships in the New England office of United Capital Financial Advisors. In this role, Shantaya works directly with clients to help them track and accomplish goals and action items that are critical to their financial success while also ensuring that they have the best experience possible with our firm.  

Shantaya joined the New England team in 2021. Prior to joining United Capital, Shantaya had a successful career working in Grants Management for a public transportation company.

In 2007, Shantaya earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Bryant University in Smithsfield, Rhode Island.

When Shantaya is away from the office, she enjoys being active, spending time with her family and her dog.
